Hi! I’m Ian Patete, a Parkour instructor teaching in Chicago.

Parkour is a misunderstood as an extreme sport for thrill seekers, instead of a disipline approachable by everyone.

Through practice I’ve strengthen my mind, body, and character to overcoming the insurmountable.

After 11 years, Parkour has shaped who I am for the better.

I’d be honored to teach you these lessons!

My Curriculum and philosophy:

My teaching approach is structured around two key components:

  1. Core Principles - Fundamental concepts that serve both as teaching tools and as applicable skills beyond the classroom.
  2. Movement Techniques - Specific skills employed in parkour to effectively navigate through environments.
